Dieline is a sub-contract machine shop that has been established for over twenty years. Originally it was a family owned tool-making company, producing high quality press tools for the manufacture of components for the Ministry of Defence. It has since diversified into the manufacture of complex precision components for many industries as well as high vacuum fabrications for the scientific arena.

Dieline has been trading as a division of Rykel Limited for twelve years. During this time annual investment in the most up-to date machinery along with retaining traditional skills has given us a competitive edge over similar companies, resulting in a steady growth.

Our commitment to Investors in People and continual staff development has resulted in a relatively small turnover of staff, and indeed some members of staff are well into their third decade of service. ISO accreditation has been a significant part of our growth, but adopting other industry standards such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Quality, 5S programmes, Kanban systems and Just In Time shipping have also attracted large multinational customers in various market sectors.
