With a combined experience of 50 years Dieline is able to offer high precision components manufactured using Hardinge Conquest T51 CNC centre lathes. Our live .C. axis tooling allows us to finish turn the work piece and machine flat details and holes, reducing the need to split the workload between a turning and milling machine.

By utilising the sub-spindle on our Hardinge Conquest T42 a work piece will be turned complete on both the first and second operation enabling the component to come off the machine complete. This dramatically reduces initial setup times and ensures the best accuracy across operations.

Our newest machine, the Colchester MultiTurn 4000, now allows us to work on items up to 630mm in diameter.
