Services: Conventional Tooling

Our toolroom boasts a wide range of conventional and automated machines. They are all equipped with 3 axis digital readouts, and maintained annually through a planned preventative maintenance program. All our machines have been rebuilt or replaced in the last twelve months.

Our EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) machines offer the ability to cut hard materials of a complex nature in a cost effective way, both in semi-automatic and fully non-interactive modes. They are capable of prototyping and developing complex components with very close tolerances and increased efficiency and productivity over traditional techniques.



In addition to our range of machinery, many of our customers depend on the contributions to the manufacturing process, and product improvements, made possible by our highly experienced staff.
